These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of the Dyslexic Colour Assist App (‘the App’) provided by Dyslexic Colour Assist Pty Ltd ACN 669 530 198 (‘DCA’), registered under the laws of Queensland, Australia. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. License and Usage
1.1 Subject to these Terms, DCA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose of providing digital colour background options to assist individuals with reading.
1.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. Any unauthorized use may result in the termination of your licence.2. User Content
2.1 By using the App, you may submit content, including colour preferences and feedback. You retain ownership of your content; and by submitting it, you grant DCA a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content for the purpose of improving and promoting the App.
2.2 You are solely responsible for the content you submit, ensuring that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.3. Copyright
3.1 The App, including but not limited to its design, graphics, source code, and content, is protected by copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by DCA.
3.2 You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App.
3.3 You agree to abide by all international and local copyright laws regarding replicating and distributing your User Generated Content when using the App.4. Privacy
4.1 Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.5. Termination
5.1. DCA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause.6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.2 DCA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.7. Termination
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdictionBy using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. DCA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes.
