It is believed that approximately 7-17% of all people suffer from a condition known as dyslexia.
Recent studies suggest that a serious % of people who suffer from dyslexia can be assisted by a choice of different background colour applied to reading material on digital devices.
However, the efficacy of this work has not been fully established at this point in time (2024).
For this reason, DCA has the twin goals of assisting those in the dyslexic community and adding to the body of knowledge for study.
Our founders have personal connections with the lifelong difficulties caused by dyslexia.
